Partnership and Business Development Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

 

Business Development / Sales

  • Identifying potential sponsors, negotiating contracts, and expending current partnerships.
  • Developing comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Ideating of targeted partner packages and creation of customized sales stacks.
  • Exploring alternative sources of income through your existing and our established partner network, such as licensing deals, hospitality opportunities or digital content monetization.
  • Collaborating with other brands, organizations, and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Leveraging market knowledge to identify growth opportunities and expand the team's presence in new target audiences.
  • Establish new technologies and innovative practices that help enhance business performance and fan engagement.

 

Partnership Management

  • Ongoing support for partners to fulfill their interests from contract signing onwards.
  • Regular coordination with marketing, brand and communication managers on planned activation measures and their implementation.
  • Participation in the planning, execution, and follow-up of events with our partners, both domestically and internationally.
  • Close coordination with the social media and content team for ideating and implementing digital activation measures.
  • Collaboration with sports department for planning and implementing rider access activities.
  • Comprehensive management of ordering processes for material sponsors.

 

Your profile:

  • Very good knowledge about sports sponsoring and -marketing, combined with a wide view for potential future partners.
  • Convincing skills in pitching ideas and developing new business areas. 
  • Strong ability and interest to work with brands and organizations relevant to our target audiences and business interests.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in partnership-related event management.
  • Strong organizational and conceptual abilities that enable you to work both independently and as an interface to other teams.
  • Experience in definition and establishment of KPIs along all related activities.
  • Excellent German skills as well as a very good command of written and spoken English rounds off your profile.
