Following an extremely successful 2024 campaign, preparations for the new year are in full swing at grenke - Auto Eder. The U19 team of Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe will start the 2025 season with nine riders. The goal for 2025 remains clear: to maintain their position as the most successful team in international junior cycling.

The 2024 season was a milestone for grenke - Auto Eder. With 20 victories at UCI level, numerous national championship titles, European Championship medals, and the road world title won by Lorenzo Finn of Italy, the team set new standards. The German junior squad now aims to build on this success with a completely revamped lineup. Leading the youth team of WorldTeam Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe in the upcoming season are Noah Lindholm Møller Andersen (Denmark) and Anatol Friedl (Austria), both of whom already competed for Grenke - Auto Eder in 2024. New to the team are Julius Løvstrup Birkedal (Denmark), Roberto Capello (Italy), Joshua Johnson (South Africa), Karl Herzog (Germany), Michiel Mouris, Gijs Schoonvelde (both Netherlands), and Georgs Tjumins (Latvia). All riders are among the most talented athletes of their respective age groups.

The grenke - Auto Eder team is an integral part of the new talent development program launched by Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe. This program includes both the U19 squad and the newly established U23 team, Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Rookies. Its purpose is to provide a seamless pathway for talent development from U19 to U23 and, ultimately, to the professional ranks. This transition will already be evident in 2025, as Theodor August Clemmensen (Denmark), Paul Fietzke (Germany), and Lorenzo Finn (Italy), all members of the 2024 Grenke - Auto Eder team, move up to join the Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Rookies.
